What is a dedicated IP ?

A lot of us do not really know what is a Dedicated IP nor do they really know the importance of having a Dedicated IP.

There is a lot of difference between a Dedicated IP and a Shared IP.

These days it is getting more and more difficult to get a Dedicated IP due to strict controls and regulations. Most web hosting company do not offer Dedicated IP for hosting anymore partly due to the reason they do not have one or it is too expensive to offer one.
